St. Joseph Industrial Training Institute was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every young person deserves the opportunity to learn a skill, earn a livelihood, and live with dignity.
Over the past nine decades, we have seen thousands of young men and women from the Nilgiris hills transform into skilled professionals — carpenters, welders, electricians — who are now contributing meaningfully to their families and society.
